There is a fraudulent text message posing as "EntegraBank-Dial" that is targeting our service areas. Upon calling the number in the text, it states the card has been "deactivated". The victim is instructed to enter the 16 digit card number to "re-activate".
This text message is a scam designed to steal card numbers. We believe this text is going to the general public and not to Entegra Bank customers specifically.

To protect yourself from fraud, never divulge sensitive information, such as passwords, account numbers, credit card numbers or your PIN in response to an email.
