As part of the merger of Entegra Bank with First Citizens Bank, as required by the Department of Justice, three former Entegra branches – Franklin-Holly Springs, Highlands and Sylva – have been sold. If your accounts were based at any of these three branches, they have been transferred to Select Bank & Trust Company of Dunn, North Carolina. Encrypted Message Center
Entegra Bank offers its customers a secure way to compose, receive, view, reply to and forward encrypted messages over the Internet. Our customers can send us emails, with attachments, securely from the customer’s computer to the bank employee’s computer.

Use Entegra Bank’s Telebanc Service to take advantage of our convenient 24-hour telephone banking service. Get your balance, your last deposit amount, make inquiries and do transfers on your account.
Access Telebanc by calling one of the following numbers:

Then enter your full account number and a four digit pin (should be the last four digits of your social security number, unless you have changed it). Follow the prompts to continue for your inquiry.
