All Chattahoochee Bank of Georgia customers using Mint, Quicken or QuickBooks are required to modify their settings for continued use with Entegra Bank. Users should download all transactions before Friday, March 16th before conversion. Get details and instructions for the conversion process here.
Beginning on Monday, March 19, 2018, Chattahoochee Bank online banking customers will be able to access Entegra Bank’s online banking by using your existing user ID. Your initial password will be the last four digits of your social security number. You will be prompted to change this after your initial login.

When will the transition happen?
The conversion to Entegra Bank operating systems will happen during the weekend of March 16–19, 2018. That means that all Chattahoochee Bank deposit accounts will become Entegra Bank accounts on that date. You will also see the signs at the Gainesville location change over the weekend.

How will my accounts be affected?
We have prepared a Customer Guide that includes product-by-product description of how your accounts will be affected by the transition. We have also prepared important disclosure booklets for consumer accounts and business accounts which contain all of the legal disclosures that apply to your accounts.
